Teams let you invite other people to help manage your Linkpod resources — like links, QR codes, bio pages, and domains — without sharing your login credentials. As the team owner, you control exactly what each member can do. Team members work inside your account with only the permissions you assign.
Teams is a plan feature. The number of teams and members you can have depends on your current plan.

Create a team

1

Open the Teams section

  1. Sign in to your Linkpod dashboard.
  2. Go to Teams from the sidebar or account menu.
  3. Select Create team.
2

Name your team

Enter a name for the team and select Create.
Your team is created. You can now start inviting members.

Invite a team member

1

Open your team

  1. Go to Teams and select the team you want to add a member to.
  2. Select Invite member.
If the button is disabled, you’ve reached your plan’s team member limit.
2

Enter the member's email

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
3

Set permissions

Choose what the member can do. Permissions are grouped into four categories:
  • View — can see all your resources (always enabled)
  • Create — can create new links, QR codes, projects, bio page blocks, domains, and more
  • Update — can edit existing resources
  • Delete — can remove resources and data
Each permission can be toggled individually. Use the Select all or Deselect all buttons to quickly adjust.
The invited member will not have access to your account settings, payments, or billing. They can only work with the resources you grant permission to.
4

Send the invitation

Select Invite via Email. Linkpod sends an email to the member with a link to accept the invitation.
The member now appears in your team list with an Invited status badge.

Manage team members

From your team page, you can:
  • Edit a member’s permissions — select the member’s menu (three dots) and choose Edit to update their access.
  • Remove a member — select the member’s menu and choose Delete to remove them from the team.
  • Check status — each member shows either an Invited (pending) or Accepted (active) badge.

Join a team (for invited members)

If someone invites you to their team, here’s how to accept and start collaborating.
1

Check your email

You’ll receive an email with the subject “You’ve been invited to ‘[Team Name]’ team”.
  • If you already have a Linkpod account, select the link to log in and accept the invitation.
  • If you don’t have an account yet, select the link to register and accept the invitation.
2

Accept the invitation

After signing in, you’ll land on the Teams member page. This shows all teams you’ve been invited to.
  1. Find the team with the Invited status badge.
  2. Open the menu (three dots) and select Join team.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, select Submit.
The status changes to Accepted. You’re now a member of the team.
3

Log in to the team

Accepting the invitation does not automatically switch you into the team. You need to log in to the team to start working.
  1. On the Teams member page, find the team with the Accepted badge.
  2. Open the menu (three dots) and select Login.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, select Submit.
You’ll be redirected to the dashboard, now working inside the team owner’s account with your assigned permissions.
A banner appears at the top of the page showing “Logged in as [Owner Name] via [Team Name] team.” with an Exit button. This confirms you’re in team mode.

Work inside a team

While logged in to a team, you can create, view, edit, or delete resources based on the permissions the team owner assigned to you. If you try to perform an action you don’t have permission for, Linkpod shows a message letting you know your team access doesn’t allow it.
You cannot access account settings, payments, or team management pages while in team mode. Only the team owner can manage those.

Exit a team

To return to your own account, select Exit in the banner at the top of the page. You’ll be taken back to the Teams member page. You can log in to the team again at any time from the same page.

Leave a team

If you no longer want to be part of a team:
  1. Go to the Teams member page.
  2. Open the menu (three dots) next to the team.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm in the dialog.
Leaving a team cannot be undone. You’ll need a new invitation to rejoin.
